THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

The essential functions include:

  • Provide individual, small group, and family therapeutic services in accordance of the IEPs
  • Maintain weekly session notes, progress updates for IEP goals, and generate new goals for annual IEPs
  • Evaluate student's progress social-emotional, behavioral and academic settings
  • Attend team meetings with school staff, includes team and roster meetings, individual and group supervision  
  • Support assigned classroom staff during crisis and to debrief
  • Participation in IEPs meetings, communicate effectively regarding progress and maintain rapport with districts, families and students
  • Assist Clinical Director in the general continuity of care and follow through with day to day tasks, student incidents, and parent contacts
  • Supervise MSW or MFT Interns for the duration of the school year

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES & TRAINING

  • Masters Degree in a Social Services or related field
  • Current LCSW or LMFT
  • Previous experience with emotionally disturbed children preferred
  • Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
