Starting Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:

  • Serve as integral part of Professional and Business Development departments to support coordination and execution of key initiatives
  • Track compliance of training for various roles across the organization through the online training platform
  • Create, assign, update and track training for new hires and on-going requirements
  • Create training plans and assignments for the Office of Refugee Resettlement requirements
  • Maintain and audit online training platform hierarchy, including creation of new hire accounts, transfers and deactivation of staff
  • Create project planning and tracking spreadsheets to organize program training requirements.
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items for key initiatives
  • Participate in team project planning meetings and attend Professional/Business Development Team meetings and workgroup meetings.
  • Coordinate and collaborate communication efforts with Hillsides leadership to assess and assign training requirements and provide regular updates on course assignment
  • Provide reporting to division chiefs as related to staff completion of mandatory training on an on-going schedule
  •  Provide access to virtual/live events and ongoing registration support to attendees.
  • Attend training platform events and training to build on resources and capabilities in the system
  • Work with Professional/Business Development teams (Sr. Director/Coordinators) to coordinate all logistics for virtual and in-person workshops/events/activities (e.g., Video platform, workshop location, AV equipment, catering), webinars, meetings, etc.
  • Develop and disseminate flyers, information, handouts, manuals or other marketing materials on workshops/webinars in a timely manner under the guidance of Associate/Sr. Associate/Director
  • Create/monitor/revise registration sites for workshops/webinars/training
  • Compile data from training platform to provide for auditors or internal requests, including sharing of curriculum, training dates, training hours and sign-in sheets
  • Manage continuing education requirements that are timely and abide by ASWB guidelines
  • Gather data sets and prepare power point or other presentation material for department as required
  • Assist with the preparation, tracking, filing and reporting audits requested by governing bodies
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

  • Minimum high school diploma plus 2 years of experience
  • BA and 1 year of experience, preferred.
  • Experience with Department for Mental Health and/or Office of Refugee and Resettlement programs preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with adjunct service providers including Board members, Senior Leadership Team, Department of Mental Health, as well as external vendors, providers and contacts
  • Valid California drivers license, clean driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
