Starting Salary Range:18.64 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:
- Communicate reports information with program supervisors and directors and relevant outside agencies
- Maintain records and files
including end of day sheets, schedules, transportation logs, etc.
- Maintain program logs and supply
needs
- Assist in gathering, organizing
and documenting PQI outcomes
- Provide administrative support to Program
Supervisor
- Support with the purchasing of
IOP/PHP snacks
- Oversee the ordering, receipt,
stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Receive incoming telephone calls,
provides answers to routine inquires and/or
refers them to other personnel
- Arrange meetings and other events
- Assist in the gathering and
organization of information in preparation for audits, reports, etc.
- Help manage all phone communication
with families related to schedule, appointments with Psychiatrist, and other
topics that come up during treatment
- Obtain current release of information for
all members of the team involved in care
- Participate in intake meet and greet
process
- Facilitate after care follow-up calls for
all discharged families
- Update the Roll Sheet, UR tracker, contact
sheet and sending meal counts
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
& CERTIFICATES
- Minimum High School
Diploma, Associate of Arts degree preferred
- 2 years administrative
assistant experience
- Experience with mental health programs preferred
- Ability to communicate
effectively and professionally
- Valid California driver's
license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to
Hillsides' insurance carrier
