Starting Salary Range: $27.00- $32.00 per hour (based on bilingual
status and/or experience)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The essential functions include:
- Intensive
in-home intervention with families referred by DCFS
- Ability
to meet productivity standards for the program, after 3 months of training
and agency introductory period
- Capacity
to work collaboratively with the family in identifying areas of need,
available community resources and treatment goals for the family
- Link families
and in some cases, personal linkage is required for families who need
access, training and role modeling opportunities in accessing federal
programs
- Ability
to communicate effectively and professionally with adjunct service
providers including DCFS County Social Workers, Probation Department,
therapists, tutors, and parent partners
- Alert to
safety issues or risk in the home and report such risks to the program
manager or designated supervisor for immediate consultation
- Travel
to client homes in the central Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley areas
- Be
available for crisis support to clients 24/7
- Go out
info field as needed
- Timely
completion of weekly notes as well as monthly reports, MCPC plans,
assessments, and other paperwork as required
- Oversight
and facilitation of MCPC with families, County Social Workers and Lead
IHOC every several weeks
- Participate
in agency trainings in addition to program-specific training
- Other
duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
& CERTIFICATES
- Bachelor's degree in a
Human Services area
- Minimum 2 years experience
working with children & families
- Bilingual in Spanish
preferred
- Valid California drivers
license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to
Hillsides' insurance carrier

INFORMED CARE (TIC)
Hillsides
