MAT Therapist (318)

The essential functions include:

* Conduct home-based & on-site assessment sessions under supervision of the clinical supervisor

* Document sessions in compliance with DMH requirements

* Collaborate with DMH, DCFS, Foster Family Agencies, schools, and collaterals

* Attend supervision, training sessions & staff meetings as requested

* Responsible for assessment and linkage to services

* Provide summary of findings document and present at team meeting

* Available for consultation and assistance to program families & referral agencies until case is closed

* Implement program protocols & guarantee that procedures are consistent with protocols

* Is available to do a parenting group, or other assigned group, on a rotation one evening a week

* Other duties as required


* MSW or MA. Must be registered with the BBS

* Experience with diverse families, children with trauma history, and Child Protective systems

* Bilingual in Spanish preferred

* Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
