Starting Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $77,640.00 per year
- Therapist BBS $68,640
- Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $72,640
- Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $77,640

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be

The essential functions include:
- Conducting intake
assessments of client's biopsychological information
- Providing individual and
family therapy services on weekly basis
- Facilitating client and
multi-family groups; engage caregivers in collaterals
- Facilitating multiple
group therapy sessions per week.
- Completing evidence-based
assessment tools
- Participating in treatment
team meetings
- Complete documentation in
timely manner, based on insurance requirements
- Providing crisis diversion
and de-escalation support and collaborating with bachelor's level staff
persons to monitor clients and therapeutic de-escalation if needed.
- Collaborating with
community and clinical partners
- Assisting families in
identifying needs and providing skills to empower them to meet those needs.
- Collaborating with other Residential
and PHP/IOP team members to ensure that interventions in the program are
consistent with the individual's and family's identified strengths and
needs.
- Expertise with DBT, CBT,
or other evidence-based modalities
- Flexibility to provide
coverage when team members are out
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
& CERTIFICATES
- Master's degree in social
work or marriage/family therapy
- License, waiver, and/or
registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences, in good
standing
- At least two years'
experience in working with children and adolescents, families, family
structure, or family therapy either in a partial hospital, residential,
group, or individual setting preferred.
- Valid California driver's
license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to
Hillsides' insurance carrier
