Starting Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $77,640.00 per year

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
The essential functions include:
- Conducts on-site, virtual, and home-based individual therapy, conjoint, and family sessions
- Holds a caseload of 12 individuals
- Provide treatment to youth ages 6-17 years old
- Documents therapy sessions based upon regulations from multiple commercial insurance providers
- Attends training sessions and staff meetings and supervisions with program/clinical supervisors
- Responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up
- Is on-call 24/7 by phone
- Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team
- Coordination of services & case management, discharge planning, and case consultation with referral sources, school, allied agencies, and others
- Knowledgeable of prevailing governmental laws and regulations regarding the provision of mental health services, including confidentiality and limits thereof, the reporting of child abuse and neglect, and related regulations
- Knowledgeable of and acts in accordance with Ethical and Professional standards as established by organizations outside of Hillsides
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Master's degree in a social service-related field
- Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number
- Licensed preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working within the commercial insurance system
- Valid California driver's license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
