Starting Salary Range: $71,500 - 80,500
- Therapist BBS $71,500
- Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500
- Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500
Full Service Partnership (FSP) Stipend: $3,500 per year (In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for the stipend)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:
- Highly skilled clinical practitioner who demonstrates active self-awareness, maintains impeccable boundaries and can manage stressful situations
- Possesses crisis communication and clinical stabilization techniques consistent with the agency's trauma informed care philosophy
- Fill in as interim therapist for FSP/Wraparound/Kaiser Wrap therapists who need case coverage when staff are out on PTO, or out on leave
- Complete intakes as needed for staff new who are in the onboarding process, or staff who are returning from a leave.
- Practice consistent with code of ethics related to safeguarding individual's rights, using temporary psychiatric holds as the last means of intervention to ensure the individual's safety
- Ensure the successful resolution of a psychiatric emergency including closing the feedback loop with the caregiver/family and treatment team on what to expect after the crisis has been resolved
- Will be available to respond to all crisis calls from FRC division during business and after hours. Will provide phone coordination and clinical support to staff
- Provide in person crisis response and LPS assessment to all clients in FRC as well as FSP/WRAPAROUND clients, 24 hours up to 2-3 days a week. Complete LPS (5585, 5150) hold application as needed
- Collaborate weekly, with treatment team when identified on a case
- Coordinate case-management and linkage services to clients and their family members
- Evaluate client clinical progress and make recommendations as necessary
- Serve on agency committees and participate in general and/or team specific staff meetings
- Maintain and complete all required county contracted, and commercial contracted documentation for each client on caseload
- Write progress notes in a timely manner and regularly meet productivity standard for billing
- Meet with Program Manager for individual supervision on a weekly basis.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Masters degree in social work or marriage/family therapy
- License, waiver and/or registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
