Starting Salary Range: $71,500 - 80,500
- Therapist BBS $71,500
- Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500
- Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500
Full Service Partnership (FSP) Stipend: $3,500 per year (In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for the stipend)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
The essential functions include:
- Provide mental health services to clients and their families participating in the FSP Program
- Knowledge and practice in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Mandating reporting laws
- Participate in individual clinical supervision with a licensed supervisor and group supervision with peer group
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with intra-agency systems such as DMH, DCFS, Office of Probation, Office of Conservatorship and other government or private entities who are also invested in the client's well being
- Responsible for carrying a caseload of 10-12 FSP clients, depending on the client's acuity level, which includes administrative oversight of the client's files, and timely completion of goals, annuals and OMAs
- Timely reporting of all work related documentation including mileage reimbursement, Outreach and Engagement forms, productivity packets and follow up correspondence to HR regarding proof of car insurance and BBS annual registration
- Provide case management and resources to clients such as housing and employment
- Available to work evenings as needed
- Available on call to respond to crisis 24/7
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Masters Degree in a Social Service related field
- Strong knowledge base of the Recovery Model, crisis intervention and systems theory
- Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
