Job Type: Full-time Opportunity
Salary Range: $70,000- 80,000 per year (based on bilingual status and/or experience)

Office Location: Upland, CA

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:

  • Coordinate and Conduct all PRIDE Resource Parent Training for pre and post certification
  • Facilitate Resource Parent Orientation as needed
  • Conduct Resource Parent Surveys
  • Design and deliver quality, timely and thorough training for resource families with adherence to RFA standards
  • Conduct SAFE Home Studies and Written Reports for Kinship
  • Facilitate support groups for resource families
  • Work with key identified resources throughout the Company to improve processes and to ensure training is effectively produced, assessed, and reinforced.
  • Design and deliver quality, timely, and thorough clinical training for staff, including but not limited to HIPAA, child abuse reporting, CPR and treatment approaches
  • Oversee tracking of clinical training to meet professional, contractual and regulatory standards across division
  • Oversee tracking of resource parent training to meet annual compliance requirements
  • Complete Corrective Action Plan trainings with Resource Families
  • Research and inform resource families of trainings in their community
  • Establish and conduct training on quality-of-care standards, including but not limited to documentation, standards of supervision and legal and ethical considerations
  • Establish and maintain a clinical training library and training manuals
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Recruitment Dept. to ensure timely and appropriate documentation of all trainings
  • Responsible for the coordination of clinical training and community events
  • Provide resource families and youth/former youth with community resources and linkages as needed
  • Participate in On Call Rotation for placements after hours.
  • Carry a reduced caseload as assigned
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

  • Master's degree in social work or marriage/family therapy
  • PRIDE trained preferred
  • Experience with Foster Care preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Valid California driver's license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
