Starting Salary Range: $20.14 - $24.00 per hour (based on bilingual status and/or experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations maybe made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

The essential functions include:

  • Complete Service Desk IT tickets according to Service Level Agreements
  • Break down and setup desktops/laptops/docking stations/phones
  • Setup and configure new equipment for staff
  • Install/replace peripherals such as monitors, printers, keyboards and mice
  • Troubleshooting software and configuration issues with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity via LAN and Wifi
  • Responsible for technical setup and support for meeting rooms at various locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues with laptops, phones, docking stations and other peripherals
  • Responsible for on-site or remote end-user technical assistance with all operating systems, application software, and hardware
  • Assist with inventory for the IT department
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures covered in IT operations and HIPAA manuals
  • Identify employee training needs
  • Interact face-to-face or remotely with employees
  • Generate technical reports, memoranda and instructional materials for end-users
  • Deliver end-user training
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects
  • Attend IT meetings as scheduled
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

  • Minimum2 years work experience in helpdesk or technology support role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications & basic network troubleshooting
  • Ability to function as a member of a team
  • Ability to repair computer & technology issues through previous knowledge or on the spot research
  • Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
