ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The essential functions include:
- Conducts
home-based and on-site individual, conjoint, group family therapy sessions
under supervision of the clinical supervisor
- Documents
therapy sessions based upon DMH regulations
- Attends
training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors
- Responsible
for assessment, treatment and follow-up
- Is on-call
to program families
- Directly
implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent
with protocols
- Is
available to do a parenting group, or assigned group, on a rotation one
evening a week
- Other
duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
& CERTIFICATES
- Master's Degree in a
Social Service-related field
- Registered with the California
Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and valid BBS number in good standing
required
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Previous experience
working with severely and emotionally disturbed children and community
mental health required
- Working knowledge of DMH
programming and contract requirements is strongly preferred
- Experience working with
underrepresented and diverse communities preferred
- Valid California driver's
license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to
Hillsides' insurance carrier
