Starting Salary Range: $71,500 - $80,500

• Therapist BBS $71,500
• Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500
• Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include:

• Conduct school-based individual, conjoint, and group family therapy sessions under supervision of a clinical supervisor
• Documents therapy based upon DMH regulations other funding sources documentation requirements
• Attends training sessions & staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors
• Responsible for assessment of services and high risk behaviors, treatment, & follow-up
• Directly implements program protocols & guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols
• Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

• Masters degreed in a Social Service related field, required
• Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number, required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children and/or experience working in a school based setting, preferred
• Valid California driver's license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
